The annual OBZ festival has been cancelled this year because of a FIFA regulation stating that events or festivals that could compromise FIFA events must be cancelled or postponed.

Come now Fifa…whats wrong with some extra festivals or events? The OBZ festival woulda only made things better i reckon.
